For Sale: 1971 Vintage Tribute Race Car. This is not represented as a real car. It was built to todays vintage race standards. Need to sell the car to move on my other project, so make reasonable offer. I always wanted to do a tribute car to my dads racing career.I purchased this car when asked to build a vintage race car for some dirt racing. I found the car partially done and decided it was a fit for my project. Car came with no motor and transmission. Due to some time issues we decided to leave automatic set up. I bought a 73 motor and a rebuilt transmission for the project. Motor was taken down and cleaned and new parts were put back. All new bearings and seals were put in motor. After car was finished I did not want to dirt race it so we took it to asphalt tracks. Ran car at Anderson Motor Speedway in S.C. and Myrtle Beach Speedway. I am only selling the car due to an option to buy one of my fathers real race car chassis. Note can go to You Tube and type in Bill Rossi scroll to IMG 2508 for short video during Mopars at the Beach 2013.
