Dave, I agree with you 100%. We were in the pits late that day after the race and Richard was still signing autographs when we left and it was almost dark then. Compared to major league baseball and other sports that charge for autographs, Richard Petty must have given away millions of dollars worth of autographs over the years. Super guy in my opinion.
