Dave, I know why you're doing this. It has been called to my attention. You may stop at any time.

Great salute to The Golden Boy
To Eric: I think it is very special that YOU initiated this post as the only possible memory you could have of this date in 2001 is from television news on the anniversary of this date. That you are a young one with the pride to call yourself a "proud American" restores my hope in your generation that many have given up for lost, although I never have. God bless you Eric, and thanks.
To TMC Chase, Dave, and Bill, yes, we all remember where we were and what we were doing on that fateful day, and, as Dave points out, on those other days that will forever be burned into our minds and hearts. I will leave it with the oft used words, sometimes recited by some with no clue, "God Bless America".
Awesome Dave! I watched the Roosevelt special as well and will catch the second part tonight. I thought it was really awesome and I learned some things I didn't know about good on Teddy. Very interesting.
Having watched that video with which Johnny chose to punish us, I am surprised the show would allow such idiotic comments to be made public about one of their stars (NOT MIKEY). I will repeat what I said earlier in different words: Michael Waltrip is a disgrace to humanity.
Truly one of the most disgusting videos I have ever seen. No, Dave Fulton, a plastic bag would be wasted on that worthless idiot. He is one subhuman creature that serves ABSOLUTELY no useful purpose on the planet. None! Ok, Jeff, hit me with the ROE, on this one, I don't even care.
I hope everyone who reads this will be listening tonight at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time for the Racing Through History show that somehow got tagged with the nickname "Goat Rodeo". It's a fun two hours and there are even some things learned at times. Do join us.
Thoughts and prayers to the friends and family. Dave, that is a great photo to honor the man. Thanks for finding that and posting it. It is sad such a wonderful life had to end in a battle with cancer. Rest in Peace Stub.
Is this, perhaps, a young man who had practice climbing another fence, say along our Southern Border? Security there is about the same, apparently, as it was Saturday night. Just saying............
Never watched that show, don't intend to watch that show, and if that subhuman mouth makes it past round one then NASCAR has found a way to manipulate DWTS. God, what a gross prospect it is to imagine that guy trying to dance.
I enjoy reading your memories so much Dennis. Keep them coming, please. I guess I will always regret I only made a few of these races. Part of the reason was being in the Navy when they were in their heyday but I would have loved to have seen this division race.
