Great info Dave. I'll pass this along to my buddy, Lee Porter

Ricky Rudd wins his first Winston Cup race and gets car owner Richard Childress his first Cup win as a car owner.
Starting from the 4 th position, Rudd lead 57 of the 95 laps including the last 41 for a convincing victory over 2 nd place Bill Elliott (from 19 th ), 3 rd place Harry Gant (from 6 th ), 4 th place Dale Earnhardt (from 15 th ), and 5 th place with a great run, Dick Brooks (from 20 th ). Pole sitter Darrell Waltrip finished 7 th .
As was the norm, instead of towing the travel trailer home on a Sunday evening, we would stay at a local motel, relax, have a nice dinner, and drive home on Monday after the morning L.A. rush hour traffic cleared out.
By chance, the Childress crew was staying at the same motel. Not only did they win the race, but they also won the party. On the balconies, by the pool, a good time was had by all. But I came away with one question after watching the festivities: Does anyone from North Carolina own a pair of swimming trunks?
