Time will tell,Tommy.I know you can drive a race car as well! I'm a Saturday night racer myself.Driving a race car and being successful in it on a regular basis,is too different worlds.It's cool your pulling for her.No problem in that.
The thing that kills me is,there are better talented lady racers out there.If the marketing principles were allowed to be set aside and raw talent took reign,I don't think Danica would have had a shot.Then again,alot of her male counterparts wouldn't have had either.....
@ Dave Fulton,I really enjoy the racing videos that featured Bud Lindemann,"Car And Track Productions".What a shame to hear of the videos being destroyed.Wiki has Bud's real name as Gordon.Am I talking about a different person that you are?
I was aware of Johnny's passing back in late December as I'm now finally commenting on it.I only knew of John through the media outlets.He really came off as a decent human being in his demeanor.After enough interviews by him you feel like you know him.The way he passed away was tragic!He gave alot to racing and its people,that I know of.I just watched an interview with Dale Inman,that I have recorded.John really brought out the best in Dale.May Johnny RIP!

Tommy Clinard,when you raced at Lakewood,was the lake still intact?I've seen ariel views of the track,back in the day,and it looked like alot of fun.
