This is Newt Palm of Westbrook, CT, looks like about 1967 or 8.Car was owned by Stan "Stash" Miezejeski.The L&M 's were always big winners at Waterford, Newt won a ton of features in this car.I think this Willys coupe body shell probably ran more laps than any other, they ran this same body from the early 60's until I think 1974 when it got wiped out at Thompson with Angie Cerase driving .After that they ran the Pinto.This must have been at an open comp show at Seekonk.
