I remember that Tiny would always pay attention to the kids at the track. I was 12 the first time I saw the big guy and the last time I was probably 15 or 16. My brother Keith, Buck's son Randy and daughter Tina, and Ronnie Hopkins daughter Kathey spent a lot of time roaming the infields of tracks hosting GT and then Grand American events. Every time we would cross Tiny's path he would pick on one of us, hugging the girls to make them blush, bumping into or mussing the hair of the guys, always flashing that big grin.

this guy is one I really miss -- He was always a friend anytime we met and a prankster too
