The Hall of Fame committee met Thursday January 22 at Memory Lane Museum. We have settled on a name for the new hall. It will be called RacersReunion Memory Lane Hall of Fame. Our first induction date is set for October 10, 2009 at Memory Lane Museum in Mooresville, NC. We have started the process of refining eligibility and voting guidelines and should be able to announce the list of nominees after the next meeting which is scheduled for February 26, 2009.We agreed to a one day ceremony /festival consisting of an inductee's breakfast, the actual induction ceremony, and an outdoor clebration afterward.We will update you with further details as we progress. We are extremely excited about the RacersReunion Memory Lane Hall of Fame "Recognizing the Grass Roots of Auto Racing".
