Car 54, where are you?
"Gentle Jimmy" Pardue even ran one of those tags on his car from the popular TV show of the day. Here's my "doctored" shot of Jimmy crossing the finish line in fifth place in the '64 Southern 500. He would be killed a few short days later while testing tires. His crash probably saved Richard Petty's life later in the season when he hit the guard railing in the same place but, due to new reinforcements made because of Jimmy's crash, Petty stayed in the speedway instead of going through the railing and falling to the bottom of the banking as Pardue did.
