I thnk this is a picture of the car ready to head to Daytona for the modified sportsman race. It may be Sam Lawrence's Buick in the background, the vehicle they towed it with to the race. They broke a spring on the rear of the tow vehicle on the way down and chained the frame to the axle and towed the race car back like that
