Thanks guys. I have really been enjoying all this research on the series. A little info on the camaro, As Reid told me today, after Buck intentionally knocked dad out of the race in St. Louis. Tiny had the car brought up from S.C. And if the car didn't get there in time, dad was instructed to get the cougar up and running as best as they can and take Buck out in the next race. But dad didn't. And the camaro got there. During the race with the camaro, Dad said he was on Tiny's bumper. The camaro smoked real bad and was leaving a trail around the track. Tiny kept pointing for him to go in. So dad finally did. The guy that brought the car up asked what was he doing. Dad said Tiny told me to bring it in since it was his car. As the mans words was, "Don't listen to that SOB and get back out there. " After 3 more laps the engine blew. It was just a great story to here from dad on that race.
