Loyd Seay Replica owned by Raymond D. Parks. Built by Gene Plumley in the mid 90's. The car was built in Atlanta, GA, in the basement of the stores that Uncle Raymond used to have, along with Parks Amusement Service...The car was originally going to be restored to the #22 Red Byron car, but was later decided that Raymond wanted to dedicate a car in Loyd Seays honor..It was black when Gene, got finished with it, it was later repainted by J.B. Day to the #7.. Gene had put all of the original parts back on the car. When changed over to the #7 the headlights, bumpers, wheels, etc. were changed..
