Ah yes. I remember Big John stopping by the shop to talk to Dad. He was picking up a truck that had brokedown at the Stockyard and was towing it back with the cattle trailer still hooked to it. It was about 50 miles one way. Very nice guy. He let me store my El Camino at his house for the weekend till me and Dad went to pick it up after the DeWitt auction in Ellerbe.
