It was like a parade, Johnny. They would wrap the strap around the roll bar then the driver or whoever was in the car would hold the end of the strap along with the strap from the roll bar to the tractor and let go when they got to where they wanted to go. Great way to move cars plus you could hear them coming. This is a great picture!
