Historic Speedways and Ghost Tracks

If the Historic Speedway Group and Bill Crowther and his group had not done what they have accomplished so far this would probably would have already happened. These guys deserve all the support we can give them. I'm in 1000%+. We need to show our support of racing history and our great friends at HSG. Let me know where and when to show up and I'll do my best to bring a freaking army!!!!

Can you help? Looking for any history of a race in Peru from Puno to Cuzco.

Stock Car Racing History

posted by Jim WilmoreI have a stack of photos of a race from Puno to Cuzco Peru with American made stock car and cannot find any information anywhere on this race. If anyone has any information or would like to know the story and history of this race and good at research, any help is appreciated. I have a stack of photos from this race with all American made cars, I'm sure there has to be a couple Gringos that raced there. Anything is appreciated.There's no way that the drivers were all Peruvians (is that a word?), the cars look good, there has to be a few well known American drivers that ran in that race. Besides, according to a Honduran friend the sign "could" read "Welcome brave American drivers" but, the "Daring crack drivers" don't mean they were smoking crack...maybe in todays world.Well, I can't post my photo for some reason but hopefully someone will recognize the race.

I don't know if Santa is Tim...or not. But I was contacted by one of Santa Clause's PR people this morning asking to set up an appearance of the jolly one on RacersReunion(((RADIO))). Our people are negotiating with his people as I write this.....we might just have an exclusive appearance by Santa next week. Stay tuned!
