NOW WHAT HAS TONY STEWART WENT AND DONE NOW

Current NASCAR

Just wondering -- if this has any bearing on the Woods Bros not getting a Charter ticket this year in Nascar. The only hope for Ford this year is Penske and the long shot with the Woods Bros. This could be the new beginning if you think about it and no Im not in Nebraska..

NOW WHAT HAS TONY STEWART WENT AND DONE NOW

Current NASCAR

After hurting his back before the Daytona 500 now he and that Haus guy done went and swapped horses in the heat of the battle. they threw Hendricks out of the hauler and are replacing him with a Blue Oval for next year.I think that means Jack Roush motors and in shop built cars. Now what can you read into this?

And with the recent domination by Joe Gibbs Racing, Ford had fallen to No. 3 among the automakers in the Cup Series behind Chevrolet and Toyota.

Ford hasn't won a Sprint Cup title since 2004 when Kurt Busch ironically, now with SHR won the first Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup in one of Jack Roush's Fords. Busch's title came one year after Matt Kenseth won a championship with Roush.

It was clear Ford needed to make a bold move, because in the last two years, the only competitive team it had was Team Penske. During that time, Ford only got one car into the final round of the Chase, and that was Joey Logano in 2014.

With this it could work in Fords favor being that Stewart Haus is retooling to go for the gusto.

And all of a sudden Nascar and its racing could become interesting if not fun Again. Or do you have another vision of this????

How about a freaky fast Blue Oval???

Fast forward: Six keys to NASCAR Atlanta race

THE DEFINITION OF CLOSE - Thought that only counted in horse shoes and hand grenades

Stock Car Racing History

First finish this close DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. -- DennyHamlin earned his first Daytona500 victory in the closest finish in the race's storied 58-year history, pushing his No. 11 FedEx Toyota ahead of MartinTruexJr .'s Toyota at the finish line by ten-hundreds of a second (0.010) a half-foot winning difference in NASCAR's most celebrated event.

The two cars crossed the finish line simultaneously, and it wasn't until NASCAR made the official call and television replayed the finish before most people -- in the pits and the grandstands -- were certain who had won. Wasnt the first race run at Daytona decided with a photo? Only it was after the photo was developed that the winner wasdeclared way back in 1959
