Sad news from WXII Television in Winston-Salem, NC. Thoughts and prayers to the family of BK Racing crew chief Joe Williams and his late daughter, Stephanie Rembert.
RANDOLPH COUNTY, N.C . The daughter of a NASCAR Sprint Cup crew chief is dead following a crash in Randolph County over the weekend.
Stephanie Lee Rembert, 25, of Asheboro, died at the hospital following the crash just after noon Saturday on Burney Road near Seagrove. Rembert was the daughter of Joe Williams, a crew chief for BK Racing and driver J.J. Yeley.
Two children in the vehicle, ages 9 and 7, were taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

Rembert was driving a Toyota pickup truck north on Burney Road when it went off the road to the right, troopers said. The vehicle came back on the road and crossed the center line before going off the right again and hitting a tree, troopers said.
Sad news to hear at this time of year about Judy Allison, reunited now with her boys. May the good Lord give Bobby the strength to deal with yet another family loss.
