TIRED OF SEEING NUMBER INSEND OF NAMES ON PICS
I'VE HAD IT PEOPLE PUTTING UP PICS WITH NUMBERS INSTEAD OF NAMES THEY SHOULD PUT THE NAME OF THE PERSONS IN THE PICS . WHATS THE PROBLEM TO LAZY TO FIX IT. I REALLY LIKE ALL OF THE PICS THAT EVERYBODY PUTS UP BUT WE RALLY NEED TO PUT THE NAMES ON THEM . I TRY TO MAKE CLUBS HERE OUT OF PICS HERE AT R/R NOT THE REST ON THE NET BUT IF PEOPLE DON'T PUT NAMES ON THERE PICS HOWS A MAN GOING TO DO WHAT HE LIKES TO DO. I SORRY FOR THE BLOW UP BUT I'M JUST TIRED OF THIS WE ARE ALL VERY BUSY PEOPLE BUT IF WE ALL WANT R/R TO BE THE BEST WE ALL HAVE TO HELP EACH OTHER THANK YOU
As one of the guilty here I will endeavor to re-caption the pics I submit. Most everything I throw out I've found somewhere on the 'Net, thought is was cool and added it. For me the pic was the thing but I understand totally where you're coming from, J.C. Given a little time, I'll even go back and re-tag the ones already there.
Agreed, there's countless fantastic photos, here, on Racers Reunion............but captions are virtually non-existant. Captions PLEASE.
Bill, so many of the photos put up are some local guys that I never heard of. I still want to know something about them and who they are just like I want others to know who my local heros were. Also many are of star drivers from their young days that I think I know but not 100% sure. A name, where the picture was taken (if known) and a date (if known) would be a huge help. I agree with J.C. on this. Otherwise, I just skim over the photo and it's lost.Pete
While we're on this subject....if the photo contributor will put some info in the "tag" box...it will help with future searches. I realize...for some who put up lots of photos...that's a lot of work, but it is very helpful when searching for specific drivers, cars, tracks, or eras.We are creating and interactive historical document here, that will hopefully help future generations learn of our racing heritage. I love the photo discussions...I learn a lot from them.

Well here we go===== i put a lot of pictures on here trying to show those of thatwere not able to live the life we did and enjoy the sport like we did.I may even put one up to get someone to tell me where it was taken or who this is or if a special occasion happens like this past weekend in dawsonville ga. I put up one of the cherokee cars that was actually up there in person,this i enjoy because it keeps the mind sharp and maybe fire some of yall enough to get you generated to actually feel better about yourself and the sport we love. Bill is right on the info of the pics if you dont know simply say so then some of the other members may be able to help you.i dont put anything on here that i wont share with anyone else, thats the way i think it should be/If I write a tale on here i let it be known,if its something out of the past that i know for sure is true i will post it as such .Ask and some one like Brandon Reed or Henry Jones or someone will help,heck even i hit on one every once in a while. Dont be afraid to ask we big boys now and it may be a day or so but someone will get back to you. We have the Legend on our side with Jeff and Dustin for a kicker, how much more clout do you want? just enjoy and share-----------------------------------memories
I am now renaming all of my pics on all 4 reunion sites where I'm a member--minus a couple where I have no idea what it is but it was a cool pic anyway
Thanks JC this will help the dummys like myself who see's a lot of faces but can not remember the names. I have thought the same thing many times and never wrote about it. Lets help JC and others like me who can not remember names but do not forget faces with these pictures.It does make it more interesting.
I, too, have been adding the name and number to my posts. My only conflict comes when I don't know the driver and wish for some help from the rest of the group. I have received lots of assistance there, and the question I have is: Can I go back on some of my older shots and update the data ? If the photo is on page 358 will anyone even know it was updated ?
