I can't thank Jeff Gilder enough for making me feel so welcome on this board but he outdid even himself with his invitation to Saturday's show. I've got 48 Ol' Redneck Race Cars (1/25 scale) sitting in a show case as we speak while I try to get another case ready for sixty more to bring to the track Saturday. They include cars from '56 to mid-'70's, hardtops and convertibles, Nascar and dirt track, with drivers like Fireball Roberts, Joe Weatherly, Curtis Turner, Larry Frank, Soapy Castles, Nelson Stacy, Buck and Buddy Baker, Paul Goldsmith.......well, you get the idea. These models have been displayed at places like the Speedway Club at CMS, 25th Anniversary Rockingham American 500 and the Joe Weatherly Stock Car Museum.I'm trying to get everything ready including a photo CD featuring my model photography, including "virtual" collector cards, magazine covers, kit boxes and other photos featuring your favorites of the '50's and '60's along with other subjects such as classic street cars, dirt track cars and vintage fighter planes with approximately 2,000 scale model images on the disc. These will be on sale for $5 at my model display with a portion of the proceeds going to help offset the cost of the restoration of the Speedway. Photobucket Be sure to stop by and say hello, check out the models and pick up a disc. I really look forward to meeting everyone and doing some industrial strength bench racing come Saturday.

Same here and I'm glad you liked it. Maybe next time we can get a DVD done and make them "walk and talk". LOL
