So I've made a friend through my ebay store who has been building a complete nascar collection Most of these are models he has built, the others are die-cast. He replaces the die-cast with models as he gets them built.I've told him about RR, but he's on Dial-up and I'm not sure he'll join. He told me it was ok to show you guys the pictures. I think this may be a complete set, what do you think?I so want to stand in this room!
And I thought I had a good collection.SWEEEEEEET
Karen,This is very impressive....I need to ask if I could get a close up of a car. In the second photo...on the fourth row from the top..the third car # 17. Also would like to know if it is a model or a die cast. If you could have the guy email me, I would appreciate it. jffgldr@yahoo.com

I've asked Ray to send me more pictures, and give me more information about his collection. He has purchased alot from our store and has been a great source of feedback. I hope I can get him involved on this site. Maybe we can have a field trip and go see his collection.I sent him your comments too.KP
Here is a little inside info from my friend Ray, (The man behind the models).I have never counted my cars until yesterday. I have a total of 937 NASCARS.> 795 are plastic models and 142 are diecast. My era is 1981 to 1999. For the> most part I buy the cheapie diecast. I would buy them if at the time you> could not get the decals. Some times it is years later before they come out.> Then I do the model and give the car to a kid. I do have a few expensive> ones. I have modeled since I was in third grade. In 1981 I got hooked on> NASCAR. At that time the older kits were quit expensive and after market> kits were just about unheard of. About 1983 Monogram broke loose with there> kits and that made them right reasonable. He's going to send me some more pictures, I'll post them when they get ot me.KP
