Hello to all,I am back now, I have been away from Racers Reunion for a month or so. I have been very busy and still busy trying to get my house ready to sell. I have made alot of progress and still making progress on this effort.It's true, I am moving back to Greensboro, from Level Cross, NC. It has been 6 years now since I moved to Level Cross. I have seen alot change in this time in this small hamlet. The largest is by far the demise of Petty Enterprises, right up the street from me. I pass by the old Petty Enterprises everytime that I leave my house. Things are sure quiet there now.Whle Petty Enterprises has dried up now. I still hold the memories of this great race team near and dear to my heart. Memories of going with my father as a teeager to this shop, conversing with Richard and Maurice many times. Many more memories of other times and memories of watching the movie "43 The Patty Story" being filmed and being invited to the world preimere of the movie at the old Carolina Theatre in downtown Greensboro, NC.I now have my house for sale in Level Cross, as we feel that we need to expand our ministry in Greensboro.
