It's painted in the Lennie Pond #54 (Emanuael Zervakis) color scheme, and Lennie did make a rare and victorius trip to the beach back in that era.

A Bill Baker from Orangeburg drove this car. Bud Moore ran a former Lennie Pond car for a brief time. Maybe this is that car.

Bill Baker is Ken Bakers son. Ken Baker owned a dirt Late model in the 1980's that Charles Powell III drove with a lot of sucess. It had the same paint scheme and same number as this car.
