Robertdrove for my good friend Bill Papke the 99 busch car as did alot of stars. I still see Robert at Hickory his son is now driving, one of the nicest familys in racing

Saw Bob run At Beltsville and Manasas a bunch in National championship events and he was a winner, very good short track driver.

Not if the " IRON MAN" or Butch showed up. Bob was bad news and a good friend of mine but not the only big gun on THE RIVER.

bryan i beg to differ,i went to those races on the river as well,knew bob and still know jack,pressley won more than than anyone,usually if someone else won,something happened to the #4,i did not like it then,but i am glad to see have seen a true legend,one of ashevilles finest.

i believe you are talking about my brother,bryan.he passed away in apr.but still having a hard time finding them.i know barb has some,but she will not return any messages.i talk to pete not to long ago,he says he will look and see want he can do.would you know anybody else i could talk to about photos from the asheville speedway?
