This is a Buick so this would actually be Morgan Shepherd's car from 1988. Stricklin drove a Pontiac in 1989

Thanks for letting me know wasn't really sure. But looked back and it is. Funny thing Morgan never raced this car at Talladega.

And it is 1988 because of the Hoosier Tires.

The car was at Talladega to announce a Heinz test program.
