The car is a 1959 or 1960 Pontiac. Note the A pillar is of that period and the dash is of a 1959 or 1960 Pontiac. The original instruments are removed otherwise the year could be determined because the 1959 had round instruments and the 1960 did not. Thanks for posting this picture because it is rare.
