Billy Scott Fined By NASCAR
Billy was coaxed (didn't take much) to drive a none NASCAR sanctioned Rutherfordton Speedway. He used another name but Roby Combs was there and recognized him, He then reported reported it to Pete Keller, Cheif Stewart for NASCAR's Late Model Division. When he returned to the Nascar track, he had to pay the NASCAR fine before being allowed to drive. The fine was returned at the end of the year.
