My best guess on the 9 would be Robert "Boobie" Harrington from Kannapolis.

Being from Indiana, I will plead ignorance on all but one. The #9 is definitely Robert Harrington. I work with his daughter at Charlotte Truck Center and Robert sometimes delivers trucks for the company. Very nice man!
