Billy Receives Much Publicity During Second Try For World 600
The seventies were the years of success for Billy. The media were around him at all the tracks. Didn't change Billy in anyway, he was still the friendly person as always. Most of the attention came from the votes received as "most popula driver two years in a row and his being voted into the World 600 two years in a row.
