Well known Late Model driver Cecil Johnson gives a few driving pointers to one-year-old Dargan Watts, Jr in 1969 at Hartsville Speedway. Watts never took to driving, but he could be seen at many race tracks with his dad and graduated on to the entertainment and production end of the business and was the producer of the lighting, entertainment, staging and post-race activities for the first race under the lights at Daytona International Speedway. But Cecil....He never took to the driving.
