Yes! Great photo. Have been on hunt for close-up shot of King on the dozer for some time.

The dozer was owned by the same man (Hugh Hawthorne) who has a Richard Petty Superbird restored for Richard by Billy Biscoe on display in his Richmond den and who would later himself clear the land for Victory Junction.
