Difficult to determine the location of this photo, but, regardless, it was taken very near the end of Fireball's career. (Charlotte Motor Speedway, "World 600", Memorial Day, 1964)

It sure looks like Charlotte but I wasn't sure. I will have to check with the gentleman I got this picture from. Regardless, this was one of if not his last race. Thanks for the comment.
