I was wide-eyed and 10 years old at that year's "Southern 500" we had "manufacturer's box" seats at the exit of the 2nd turn. Junior spun coming out of two and was rammed by the #45 Dodge of 'little' Bud Moore. The Dodge wasn't hurt nearl as bad as Junior's Ford. I was lookin' right at the whole thing!
