LIMITED SPORTSMAN DRIVER LARRY BALCH WAS UNHURT, BUT HIS #12 CHEVY RACE CAR WAS A TOTAL LOSS AFTER IT COLLIDED WITH SLOWER RACE CAR AND ENDED UP HITTING THE FLAGMAN STAND.
