Most corporate sites are not FAN BASED.An example of a corporate based site that did wish their FANS a MERRY CHRISTMAS IS NHRA.
Richard Guido said:Nascar does not runNASCAR.com and has little involvement but a lack of Holiday greetngs is typical of a corporate site. No biggie. Off the holdiay subject, NASCAR.com is one of the most heavily moderated racing forums out there.
I know Ms. Pkl recently found two old songs about Fireball Roberts and Joe Weatherly....I was searching craigslist this afternoon and came across another old 45. This song was written in 1979 after taxes were to be raised on Daytona and Nascar would possibly go somewhere else.
I've never even heard of this song....have you?

Jeff, do you have to put your top crew chiefs first? Or just put your 50 in random order?
I like this Johnny, it sums em' all up pretty good, especiallywith DW and Kyle Busch! I used to enjoy when Jeff asked guests on "Racin Through History" who they thought who drove now, could've drove back then. Great Job though Johnny!!!
Jeff, to answer your question, "Was Ernie Elliott ever a crew chief?" Yes he was - from the time Bill went to Nascar in 1976 up until 1989, Ernie was the crew chief and engine builder/tuner. In 1989, Ernie decided it was time to focus mainly on engines and let some one else be chief.
I wonder why there's more crew chief nick-names rather than drivers? Most of the chiefs from the list have a nick-name.
What's in a name? CrewChiefEdition
