RacersReunion® NHOF Visit

Thanks, Dennis. I like that. My daughter took the three grandsons to Atlanta for a visit a couple of weeks ago and they stopped by the Coke plant and I now have a "Legend" Coke. lol

Danny, it seems Dave has a severe problem with recognizing those of us who are "Famous" thus he overlooks the most predominant autograph on the card! I do not know what I'm going to do with that man. Guess I'll have to have my PR person get in touch with him.
Absolutely I remember. And, as Dave indicates, there are at least 100 ways a good attorney can get around that.
Well stated Billy, very well stated.
Good work, Devin, as usual.
As are mine, Devin. I didn't watch the video. I heard, a bit ago, that the video was pulled from YouTube.
Information just coming out on some news feeds, specifically Yahoo Sports, is that Tony Stewart was racing on a dirt track near Watkins Glen last night (Saturday) when he touched a car driven by a 20 year old local driver. The car spun. The driver got out of the car and walked down the track to await Tony's return under the yellow flag. Witness say the 20 year old "gestured at Tony" and Tony gunned his engine causing the rear end of his car to "kick out" striking the young driver and throwing him down the track. The driver was pronounced dead at the hospital where he had been transported by ambulance.
Spokesman for Stewart-Haas racing issued the expected statement as to how sad they are about the incident. At this time there are no charges pending against Tony but an investigation is on going.
This comes on the expectation that Tony would earn his berth in "The Chase" with a win at The Glen.
Yes, thanks Dave for sharing this. I've sort of always questioned if the "Drive to End Hunger" was getting more money from the $20 million or so advertising on the 24 than they were spending with all that promotion. Guess they must be if they have re-upped. Richard is looking good these days.
Thanks, Dave. Did you send him a "Famous" sign?
I have serious doubts that The National Guard can be held to any contractual obligations. Could be wrong but I'm betting there is a clause in any such contract that gives them "at will" termination for any reason. If that doesn't work, "Executive Orders" seem to work well these days.
