you know freedom of speech is gone - but if nascar really puts on the pressure he will cave - there is just no where else to race and make the kind of living he does - he is right though - the product sucks - you know dave and tim and many others on here are so informative - i really like hearing what they have to say - like someone on here said - these times they are a changing .

you know freedom of speech is gone - no where can a person speak their mind - everything is pc these days - even on here a person cant have an opinion that differs - what a world we live in - i was telling folks on here last year that nascar was marketing a more circus atmosphere - the racing is taking a backseat - get ready for a more sleazy trashy nascar - just dont speak out about it - where they can hear you anyway- or you will be made example of - jeremy c may have been in the wrong - but this could have been handled differently - small under funded and under powered single car teams are fighting losing battle in nascar now - a nascar rep could have taken and reprimanded him and not went public - this is what ive seen nascar do with other well known drivers who have done the same or similar thing - but you never heard about it because it wasnt public - nascar is in complete control - as a small time driver like jeremy c is finding out - now who is going to cast the first stone .

i flew back and forth to the track a couple times this week - alot going on - the wreck in the nationwide seris the tv did not do it justice - way more serious and the tone was somber - just pure good luck and the grace of god somebody didnt get killed in this mess - behind the scenes brad took a hard shot in that wreck - im not saying he caused it but he gave apology to regan smith - junior told us after the twins were over that would probably be the best racing in cup for the weekend - he was so right - glad he got second - nascar is allready discussing tethers to the wheels and maybe a tunnel to cross under - dont know but it was brought up - nascar is reactive not pro-active - the pre-race show is what i saw in their plans last year - expect more carnival atmosphere - and yes nascar is going to become more trashy - you saw it sunday - more and more non-racing related stuff that insults your intelligence - it is amazing how technology can dumb people down - kudos to danica - dave i remember those air shows also they were awesome - just kinda gives you a sick feeling to see how it is today versus how it was - i left before the 500 started - from what i was told it was just a follow the leader train ride .

the races were yawners - trevor bayne had good run going - austin dillon is going to be a good driver - as far as danica ive never watched more of a race from the back of the pack - all the cronies in the box are just overkill - but that is what a mute button is for - nascar is losing fans - i talked with a prominent business man from charlotte that has ties to nascar - he seems to think nascar is going the wrong way - they are very concerned about their advertizing dollars .
