With CooCoo right behind him! Looks like 78 Southern 500 to me not long after PE converted from Chrysler to GM and still ran OIL FILTERS | OIL TREATMENT on the rear quarters like they did with the mid 70s Chargers and the 78 Magnum. They dropped those decals beginning in 1979.
