Hello Jim, this is a great photo with "Fireball" Roberts leaning against the car. I don't think I have one like this in my collection, but will look and see what I have to share other than what is on the website.Thank You. for sharing this fantastic shot of the DePalo bunch. They were like the Hendrick, Gibbs, and Rousch teamsof today.Thanks Again,

Little Red,Your Dad, in my opinion, was racing royalty, what a mechanical genius according to what I have read about him Peter DePaulo was a good friend of my parents and I was too young to appreciate him, all I know is that he won the 1925 Indy 500, which left a huge impression on me as a 7 year old. I didn't know Red Vogt worked as a mechanic for Peter (Peter is what my Mom called him). In any case, I'm glad to post this photo. As for the photo itself, I can't find it, am glad I scanned it when I did.
