We've Lost "Mutt" Powell

Coastal Carolina short track pioneer "Mutt" Powell lost his battle with health issues, and died Tuesday August 11, 2009. Mutt's racing career spanned the golden era of the 1950's to the '70's, from the Carolina bull rings to Daytona's high banks....
