sounds like to me its the safer way to go. Even if you found a set its unlikely they would be in good serviceable condition and when a problem came up no parts would be available. Good luck with what ever you do...

As a high school senior in 1956 in Kentucky I remember the Clement Brothers very well. It was understood that if a modified race car had one of their engines it was a winner for sure. Great article Chase. thank you.

There's a house for sale on Rte. 426 going into Geneva, Florida that has a paved figure eight R/C track in the front yard. We were going by the other day and my wife said, " Don't even think about it, not even for Christmas"... Its getting harder anymore to have new toys.....lol
