So I guess this "boring" label started way back then. I had never heard that the King got bumped by his own father. now thats not keeping it in the family.

All I want is the garage for my modified and about 10 acres for my horses..lol
Cody, I had that exact thought..lol 9,000 members at $ 277.00 each and we can bid up to 2.5 million. The only problem is we each would only get a week every 14 years or so....
I, for one hope he wins the championship but......if he doesn't then I'm pulling for my man Bad Brad.......
Indeed a tragic way to start the week. My condolences to his family and may he rest in peace as he took his final checked flag.
That might explain the call I got a few minutes ago from a bail bondsman... lol....
I thought the mis-cue put him back to 14th but he made it all the back up to finish 2nd... I heard the radio call and he never said 2 tires. He just asked for "tires" and the crew chief made the decision to go with 4.... It sure hurt but Kasey had a strong car all day also.... It made the finish a little more exciting to see if he was going to have enough time to get all the way back up there but......the ole clock ran out...
Will, Sounds like a wonderful time was had by all. Its always great to go visit a group that brings back a flood of memories like you had yesterday. I use to visit the Greenville-Spartanburg area at least twice a year during the 1960's and usually made sure there was a race scheduled during our visits. My wife was originally from Greenville, just off Augusta road and I got to see races at the Fairgrounds or Greenville- Pickens . Thanks for sharing your memories.
Not the kind of "friends" Ruby should be hanging around with. They could all end up in the pen.Maybe some tuff love or an intervention and someone stay with Ruby 24-7 or until the stimulants wear off.
