Pretty sure that's Harold Smith changing the tire. He and Paul took this car around to Pocono and other tracks up north for Clarence Pickeral the owner of 'Clarences Restaurant @ Martinsville.Harold said there were two of these cars and they would take one for a northern driver too.

May Be Tom Compton To Kerry He helped for years or Bill Lemons he also helped calarance for years Clarance gave me the gas tanks they used to pour gas in that race car few years ago I Also Have One Harold Smith Gave me from #45 Car william mason owned that gas can is short.
