Should DAle earnhardt Jr start his own team?

Jr. never seemed like a typical Hendrick driver to me. If you look at the long term drivers at Hendrick (Gordon and Johnson) and the ones who have left (Busch and Vickers) there's a big difference in personalities. I think Jr. is a little high strung for HMS. I don't know if he needs to start his own team, but he needs to go somewhere else to be successful.

When Iwas a kid, it was Petty and Pearson. Then came Davey Allison. I loved watching him race. He got me excited about NASCAR again. I'll always be a fan of Robert Yates. My favorite now is Kyle Busch. I'll pause now for the moans and groans. This kid can drive anything. 18 wins in three different series. He's my pick for the championship. GO ROWDY!!!

Stock Car Racing History

When I was a kid in the early seventies, there was a gas station on the corner down the street from my house. Someone who worked at the station had built a bunch of stock car models and had them on display behind the counter. I thought those cars were the coolest things I had ever seen.About that same time, my dad used to take me to our local short track here in San Antonio (Pan American Speedway). Anybody remember that place?The track and the gas station are long gone, but the memories still remain. I've been a racing fan ever since.

I don't care what kind of attitude a driver has as long as he wins races. Kyle has done just that. 19 in three different series this season to be exact. GO ROWDY!!!
