Barry Dodson Announces His Return to NASCAR with Free American Racing

This is truly great news! I have believed in Free Pennington from the first time I met him. He has the talent to drive a race car but much more than that, he has the ability to change lives with his message and the way he lives his life. It is going to be a great day to see Free and Barry on the NASCAR circuit. These two bring out the best in humanity and I can't wait to see their NASCAR debut. I hope it is at a track close enough I can make for the race.

You know, I didn't mention the last name of the "guilty Johnny", and there are many folks named Johnny, but you see who stepped up with total denial. Seriously, Johnny Mallonee is a great friend and I took it for granted that I could play the joke off him, so thanks Johnny. You didn't let me down. This coming week should be a very special Legendtorial, at least I hope so.

I have reviewed all the e-mails again and noticed that all 131 negatives were from the same IP address although signed with different names. Guess Johnny didn't know it worked that way!!!!!

In response to my statements on Tuesday night's Goat Rodeo, I have received 138 e-mail responses to my legendtim83@yahoo.com e-mail address. Seven of those responses favored continuing the Legendtorials. The other 131 were all against continuation of that series.

After very careful consideration of all opinions contained in those e-mails, I am re-evaluating my continued participation in The Goat Rodeo. I should have my final decision later today and will post that decision here in the Forum.

Very nice write-up Randy. Until that day we all went, I didn't know it was owned by the City of Charlotte but when I was talking with the young lady when we were leaving, she told me that. She told me that all the folks working there are City of Charlotte employees. Still hoping we can go again one day but I understand the conditions for that visit! Great seeing you in Columbia. I think I am still in awe over actually seeing that trophy from the 50s. Sort of a magical thing, like Aladdin's lamp, to be that close to something so historic and to read your newspaper clippings was just as awesome!
