1961 Tobacco Bowl Race ,12-30-1961
The Tobacco Bowl race was an annual event held at Bowman-Gray Stadium in Winston-Salem, NC on New Years weekend each year during the mid 50’s to mid 60’s. The race was a Modified- Sportsman event that attracted driver from all over the east coast.
With some additional research I've found that the correct spelling for the driver of #X is "Floyd Goins".
