Sorry to bring back old threads, but as I was doing a search, came up upon this, and thought I could contribute. First off, This is 1946 at Lakewood, not Spartanburg.I have seen this picture numerous times, and each time, learn something new. I'm might be wrong, but that one on the left side of Red Byron might be Fonty Flock. But he does have kind of long hair. And the fella second from the right is Jerry Wimbish, I'm 95% sure on that.-Cody
