Jeff,Thanks so much for posting this request. I visited and prayed with Mrs. Walden last night, and she is very down right now. The doctors have found out the problem and are now deciding on a plan of attack to correct her problem.I do not want to at this time disclose what the problem is, as I have not ask her permission to do so.Again thanks so much Jeff, for honoring this request for prayer.Racers Reunion is so awesome, thank you for this gathering of like minded friends as well.May God bless each and everyone of you,Pastor Ken SharpeFlowing River FellowshipLevel Cross, NC

Great News folks,I have been out of town for the past 4 days and have not been online. But I have great news as of Saturday. We recieved via cell from Mrs. Walden's son Leon to us, that she was released on Saturday to go home. I do not have the details of what the doctors did to her, as I have at this time not had the chance to speak to her directly yet. Thanks to all for your prayers and prayer support for her. Please continue in your prayers for her. Thanks so much to all of you,Pastor Ken Sharpe

The praying starts now! I have added Mrs.Louise Walden to our prayer list at Flat Creek Baptist Church and also will through-out our Nascar Neighborhood. This is a great idea and yes prayer does work.

To all Member'sPlease pray for us this week and give the Lord thanks for protecting and having his hand on my youngest daughters life this past Friday night. We left for Charlotte this past Thursday morning and spent Thursday and Friday at an awesome move of God revival at Rick Joyner's church, Morning Star Ministries in Fort Mill, SC. The revival was over on Friday night, around 11 PM. My wife and I were ministering to a mother and daughter that sit beside us during the revival. We carried the ministering with them to the Waffle House afterwards on Westinghouse Road in Charlotte. It was there that we got a phone call right around 12 15 AM, from our youngest daughter who was in Maryland on her summer job, working at the Camp Sonshine as a group counselor, in between her college in Lakeland FL.She was very winded and distraught; she says those words that all parents never want to hear in the middle of the night via an unexpected phone call, (Mommy, Somebody just wrecked into me).Of course we freaked out, being in south Charlotte and her being in Laurel, Maryland. We went back to the motel near Carowinds and tried to sleep a bit. We left the motel early on Saturday AM and started our trek to Laurel Maryland. Here we are trying to get to her and having to fight that crazy traffic slowdowns that started quite a few miles south of Fredericksburg Va. On I-95 all the way through DC.We finally arrived to the church where she was waiting for us at. We packed her up and got ourselves a room for the night in Laurel, to get some much needed rest.We left Sunday and went to se the car and the wreck site, before we left on Sunday to head back to Level Cross, NC.I have to give thanks and praise to the Lord, after I saw the car. It was 4 girls counting our daughter in the car and they all walked away by the grace of God. This car is totaled. It was almost a head on collision. I cant explain the details yet, as the legalities of this, but trust me; I have my thoughts and comments on this, that I may share later after it all is settled. Please give the Lord thanks for Kaytis and the girls lives being spared. Please pray for us during this trying time as we are trying to get this settled and get her back to Florida at college this weekend. We need prayer to help us keep our sanity and keep ourselves together right now, as we are exhausted and stressed to the max right now. Thanks to all,May God bless you all,Paster Ken Sharpe

David,She is in our prayers and we will lift her up tonight at our service. We will keep her in our prayers. You must remember one thing. She can be healed, while all is and seems to be bleak right now. We have a God who is in the healing business. Jesus made the lame to walk, the blind to see, the deaf to hear, raised the dead, cleansed the lepers. He is our Saviour and Lord. Some do not think that God still heals, like the Bible speaks of in biblical days. Read Hebrews !3;8. It says that God is still the same yesterday, today and forever. If He is the same today that He was back in the days of healings and miracles that were perfomed by Jesus. (Read book of Acts, for starters). Do you not think that HE is still performing healings and miracles today? I know that He is and I have personally witnessed this many times several times on my loved ones and myself.Keep the faith, my friend.Pastor Ken
