i had read that eli lost the job because he said that when a cup driver wins a race he does not race as hart and is just waiting for the last 12 races to start to race and nascar did not like that statement so they let him go.

two people i would not vote for are bruton smith and brian france.to me they have done more to hurt nascar than to help it.
i don't like to hear fox do the race but when you go to the mrn for the race it is about 5 to 10 seconds ahead of the race, fox put the race on a dlay so you would have to hear the race from them.
let bruton take the fall race he and brian have done what ever they could to kill and get nascar racing out of the south.
dave, the #90 car at bristol is a monte carlo i have a lineup from the richmond race and it listed a monte carlo also.looked at my postcards in 1979 and cars front and side look like the one her.
