Jack i see where daddy finished 5th that night. Im thinking it wasnt to long after this that he broke his back in Columbia driving Mr Marions car. He went through the wall on the back stretch i think. As a kid i remember seeing a picture from i guess the Columbia paper of the wreck. You wouldnt know anything about that would you?

Hi Tony - I don't have any info on the wreck at Columbia, but will keep an eye out for it. I'm always in search of photos from the period.
